The option Preserve children appears at the end of the move/rename process of a page that does not have child pages

Hi. I encountered an issue on 13.4.3, hosted:
1. On a page that does not have child pages (either terminal or non-terminal) click on Move/rename option.
2. You should see the options "update links" and "create an automatic redirect"

Click on Rename.
Result:
The status is done and the option "Preserve children" appears unchecked.

It can create confusion about the page if it actually had child pages or not in some situations.
