Linked broken attachment is not identified as broken

Steps to reproduce:

• Add an attachment in a page.
• Add a link to that attachment using the link button from WYSIWYG.
• Save the page.
• Then delete the link attachment.

Results:

• You'll see the the question mark icon is not displayed for non-existing attachment.

That's is because the attachment is added e.g.: [[attachment>>attach:image.jpg]].
And a link to a page would be added like [[page>>doc:Page.WebHome]] .

When you click the question mark icon it gives you the option to created the page. In the case of attachments should give the option to select or attach the file.
