Provide a configuration key to define the default image type when rendering formulas

Currently, the default image type used when rendering formulas with the formula macro is hard coded to PNG. The idea would be to introduce a new configuration option macro.formula.defaultType that would define the default image type to be used when rendering a formula.

This can be especially useful along with XWIKI-19082 to render formulas in SVG by default.
