The list of flavors on Distribution Wizard is displayed only after page refresh sometime

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Unzip a fresh instance of XWiki
2. Delete 'data' folder (if exists, in case the version has the Standard flavor preinstalled)
3. Start XWiki
4. When DW is displayed, click 'Continue'
5. Fill Admin credentials
6. Click 'Register and login' > 'Continue'

EXPECTED RESULTS

On Step 2- Flavor, the list of available flavors is displayed.

ACTUAL RESULTS

The list of flavor is not displayed until the page is refreshed (F5). No errors in XWiki console or browser's console.

The issue reproduces also on older XWiki versions and I think is important because creates confusion for new users who want to try XWiki.
