Sub tables are not migrated to DYNAMIC RAW type

The point of XWIKI-19040 was to make sure that all tables were using DYNAMIC raw type. It does just that, unfortunately it's missing "sub tables": for example it converts xwikilists but not xwikilistitems because both are represented by the same Hibernate entity.
