.notifications-toggles input labels not read by screen readers

    Description

      We faced an a11y issue while BITV examination (german wcag). Notification toggles do have labels but they are not read by the screen readers. That's because they are styled "display:none".

      Look https://webaim.org/techniques/css/invisiblecontent.

      Better then class="hidden" use class="sr-only" you already introduced at other places.
