Create plain wiki pages using the in-place editor

ATM, when you create a new plain (blank) wiki page you are taken to the standalone WYSIWYG edit mode, if your preferred editor is WYSIWYG, of course. Once you save and edit again, the in-place editor is used. This inconsistency is confusing. Instead of taking the user to the edit action (standalone edit mode), the Create Page dialog should take the user to the view action, with in-place editor loaded.
