Get rid of jasmine-maven-plugin

We're using jasmine-maven-plugin to run javascript tests as part of our build in various modules, such as:

• xwiki-platform-web-war
• CKEditor
• xwiki-platform-livedata-webjar (no test for now)

However jasmine-maven-plugin is almost dead (very poor activity), it relies by default on PhantomJS which is already dead and does not support some new javascript features, and we don't manage to properly execute test using jasmine-maven-plugin and Chrome.

Purpose of this ticket is to find an alternative or to solve this issue and to gather the investigation knowledge already performed on the subject.
