The pagination node corresponding to the tree root doesn't work anymore

Can be reproduced by enabling hidden pages and then expanding the breadcrumb trees. The pagination node that corresponds to the tree root doesn't load the rest of the top level nodes. The pagination works fine for tree nodes on lower levels.
