Zero length documents exported by the Export tool

    Description

      Some exported archives fail to be imported back, with an XML parsing exception. This is caused by the fact that the xar contains some 0-byte documents.

      This is caused by the fact that the affected document does not have a proper archive stored in the database... But that is a different issue.
