The size of the delete and move click targets in the attachments tab is too small

The click targets of the delete and rename action in the attachments tab below the document are just 22x22 pixels large which is quite small and fails WCAG 2.1 Success Criterion 2.5.5 Target Size (Level AAA, see also Understanding Success Criterion 2.5.5: Target Size that requires that target sizes are at least 44 by 44 CSS pixels. While both actions have a confirmation step so both can be easily undone, I think they are really too small and we should take this fail seriously.
