H2 MVStore is not proposed to be uninstalled by default when upgrading XWiki

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Upgrade an instance of XWiki (e.g. I've tested from 12.6.8 to 14.1)
2. Follow the DW to the end

EXPECTED RESULTS

At 'Step 3 - Orphaned dependencies', H2 MVStore' is checked by default, thus proposed to be uninstalled by default.

ACTUAL RESULTS

H2 MVStore' is unchecked by default, proposed to be made top level extension.
