Upgrade to mysql-connector-java-5.1.5

As it is stated on the official site, "the latest production version of the driver is now 50-100 percent faster in most situations than the previous version". Profiling XWiki with 5.1.5 and with 5.0.7 shows a major performance improvement, the bottleneck moving from the connector driver to our own code.
