The attachment move icon is ambiguous

    Description

      The attachment move icon is ambiguous and is not recognized as such by users.
      Proposal: replace it by the pencil icon.

      Note 1: it is probably better to keep the icons uniform with the page move/rename icon (they are the same, but for page move a label is available).
      Note 2: this way attachments are displayed is about to change, see XWIKI-13454
