The client-side PDF export doesn't always include dynamic content

The issue is that the print preview is created too early. We need to wait for the web page to be ready before telling paged.js to split the content in print pages. This is visible for instance when exporting the Page Index which has a live table. The live table is not always loaded before the page is printed.
