Client-side PDF export hangs if a table exceeds both the print page width and height

This is actually a bug in paged.js (e.g. #289), the polyfill we use to be able to generate the PDF cover, table of contents, header and footer with CSS. The problem occurs when a table exceeds both the print page width and height: paged.js enters an infinite loop (generating an infinite number of blank print pages) which prevents the PDF export from ending.
