    Description

      What was done in XWIKI-17941 did not actually fixed what it was supposed to fix in practice.

      UserReferenceConverter is only associated to UserReference which means it's not used for DocumentUserReference instances (so pretty much all the time since we don't have any other kind of user reference currently).
