Inserting link in DHTLM WYSIWYG editor results in badly formed link

I selected some text in a list item and clicked on the "Insert Link" button. I typed "GET2005" and validated the dialog box. I saved the page. I clicked on the list item in order to create the new "GET2005" page and discovered the link is badly formed. The generated link is:

http://intranet.xpertnet.biz/xwiki/bin/edit/Investors/%2Fxwiki%2Fbin%2Fedit%2FInvestors%2FGET2005?parent=Investors.WebHome&xpage=wysiwyg

instead of

http://intranet.xpertnet.biz/xwiki/bin/edit/Investors/GET2005?parent=Investors.WebHome&xpage=wysiwyg
