Description
Reproduction steps:
- setup a multi-language wiki and two supported languages: en and fr
- create a user U1
- create a page in english
- translate it to fr and add a mention
Expected result:
U1 has a mention notification
Actual result:
U1 is not mentioned
The localization information is lost in MentionsData. It should contain an actual DocumentReference with local instead of a serialized documentReference string.
This issue is fixed by XWIKI-19614 on 14.3RC1+
