The image popup can be hard to follow on large images

For now, the image popover is displayed under the image on hover action. This may cause inconveniences if you have, for example, a large image and you need to scroll the page to see the options, since the popover can lose focus.

I suggest to display the popover near the cursor location, to make it more visible and accessible.
