Description

When deleting a page, the user is currently prompted with a message about the pages that contain a link to the current one, since these links will point now to an empty page.
After the page is deleted, there could be a lot of empty links, which is almost always hard to manually fix. This is important since pages will most likely be deleted when they are duplicates or if more relevant information becomes available.

I propose as improvement to replace the current notice from the delete page screen, under backlinks, with an option to choose a page to which to redirect the links.
