Attachment selector upload should not save immediately the page

Now the work has been done in XWIKI-18810 to prevent saving immediately a page when uploading an attachment while in edition, the same should be done when using the attachment selector: the capability to upload an attachment is only available in edition, so it should only save the attachment when clicking on save.
