    Description

      That makes it impossible for them to do queries of their own that could access other wikis (a good example is right checking from a subwiki since that very often need to access the main wiki).

      The root problem exist since 4.1M1 but the main trigger is the introduction of the viewableAllowedDBListPropertyValue filter in XWIKI-14700 (9.7).
