Upgrade to xml-apis 1.3.04

xml-apis has a release wrongly name 2.0.2, which was later renamed 1.0.b2. The most recent version is actually 1.3.04, and the redirect from 2.0.2 to 1.0.b2 generates maven warnings when building XWiki.
