Description
If an inline comment's overlay window is open and the browser window is resized and re-wraps the text, the overlay stays visible but does not follow its re-wrapped anchor text.

Depending on where the inline comment jumps to (may be off-screen), it can be "hard" to get rid of the comment overlay again, as it does not have a "close" button and is normally closed by clicking the "post it note" symbol next to the inline comment marking in the text.
Maybe the easiest solution would be to just close any inline comment overlays if the text re-wrapps? The nicer solution would probably be that the overlays "follow" their anchor, but that's probably also more work / effort to implement...
