Move the old event store to legacy

    Description

      We introduce a new Solr based storage for events in XWiki 12.4 (XWIKI-17044) but the old store was kept for retro compatibility purposed since the new store brings new features but also constraints, and it was safer for a smooth transition.

      While still keeping the old store in XWiki Standard we should move it to Legacy to make sure it's not used anywhere before we stop bundling it.
