Edit 'pencil' button's tooltip from My Dashboard in User Profile does not have a translation

    Description

      STEPS TO REPRODUCE

      1. Go to user's profile
      2. Click on 'My Dashboard' from the 'Settings' panel in the left
      3. Hover the mouse cursor over the Edit 'pencil' button on 'Dashboard preferences'

      EXPECTED RESULTS

      The tooltip is displayed translated, like 'Edit Dashboard' for example.

      ACTUAL RESULTS

      The tooltip is displayed as platform.core.profile.category.dashboard.edit.

      The issue reproduces also on XWiki 13.10.6 and 14.4.1.
