Description
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Create an instance an older than 14.x (e.g. 13.10.6)
- Close the instance
- Go to the newer instance (14.4.2) and copy/cut the
[...]webapps\xwiki
folder and replace it (first delete the old one) in the same location on the older version
- Start XWiki
- Access the instance in browser and observe the console
EXPECTED RESULTS
No warnings/errors are displayed in browser when running Distribution Wizard.
ACTUAL RESULTS
On 'Step 2 - Flavor', there is a warning displayed, related to MentionsSyntaxProvider:
Can't find any existing component with class [org.xwiki.mentions.internal.rendering.MentionsSyntaxProvider]. Ignoring it.
The issue seems to be reproducing also when upgrading XWiki 13.10.6 to 14.4.1, 14.4 or 14.3.1.
