Clarify in the (*) explanation below the index table that it refers to N/A* displayed to users that don't have rights to see those pages

There are times when users don't read the explanation below the Index table

(*) Some pages require special rights to be viewed.

 and consider the N/A* as being a problem, something broken with the table rather than a normal display of pages that they cannot see due to lack of rights.

A suggestion would be to change the text below to :

(*) N/A displayed when it is a page that requires special rights to be viewed.

or to add an info tooltip next to N/A
