Add support for aligning lists when XWiki 2.x syntax is used

    Description

      Even with the justify plugin enabled the text of lists cannot be aligned.
      The same issue was reported for the old editor (see XWIKI-5626):

      The first problem is that text align information is set on the list items and XWiki 2.0 syntax doesn't support parameters on the list items and so the alignment information is lost during conversion.
