PDF export not working anymore (Avalon dependency missing)

    Description

      This was caused by our upgrade from commons logging 1.1 to 1.1.1 which rightly removed the dep on avalon in its maven pom. We had a wrong FOP pom and this was masked by the fact that we were retrieving avalon through commons logging.
