Add ability to display all entries of a List property in the list filter

For List properties (DBList or StaticList), the current list filter displays only the first 10 matching entries. This improvement is about making it possible to list all property value entries. The LiveTable macro exposes the column type list for displaying all entries, distinct from type suggest which displays only the first matches.
