wikimodel-emptyline divs in view mode are not taking the same height as their corresponding p tags in wysiwyg

Between the title and the text there are 2 empty lines in the example below.

Edit mode:

View mode:

This is because empty lines in view mode are <div class='wikimodel-emptyline> with a 1rem height, while in edit they are <p> elements and the paragraphs have a margin bottom in XWiki content that makes them larger.
