Attachments tab shouldn't display the LiveData when there are no attachments

    Description

      On a page with no attachments, right now there is displayed an empty LiveData. In terms of usability, this is taking too much space for showing only the LiveData wrapper.
      I propose to go back to the previous view and display a No attachments for this page message
