Reset Password link affected by browser session cache or cookies

Hi. When a user tries the Forgot your password option, they receive the reset password email, but if they tried the option in the past and opened an old reset password link in the same browser session, when they access just once the new reset password link they get the message:

Wrong parameters! Another link was already sent or this one was already accessed!

The current workarounds are to open the reset password link:

• in a different browser or
• in a private/incognito session or
• only after deleting the browser's cookies and cache
