Description
If the remote (or Docker based) headless Chrome browser used for PDF printing is not connected (doesn't respond) the export fails with an error message that is hard to understand by the user. It would be nicer if we check the connection status before doing the export in order to let the user know that the export can't be done and to ask them to contact the administrator.
