The Lightbox feature for images is not enabled by default

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Open a fresh instance of XWiki 14.8
2. Go to Administer Wiki > Look & Feel > Lightbox
3. Observe the setting on the "ENABLE THE LIGHTBOX" drop-down

EXPECTED RESULTS

The Lightbox feature is enabled by default, therefore the setting is 'Yes'.

ACTUAL RESULTS

The actual setting is 'No', the Lightbox feature is not enabled.
