Support Wiki Syntax Table conversion in the WYSIWYG Editor

We need to support converting the Wiki Syntax for tables in the WYSIWYG Editor:

{table}
Title 1 | Title 2
value 1 | value 2{table}

Should be converted to HTML back and forth while editing using the WYSIWYG Editor
Also table buttons should be added to the toolbar to allow adding/removing lines and columns. Not all buttons should be used as merging of rows and columns is not supported in the wiki table syntax
