Bug with cursor disappearing in List editing in the WYSIWYG Editor

1/ Create a list in the wysiwyg editor
2/ Go to the last element of the list
3/ Hit enter
4/ Navigate up and down in the list using the up and down arrow. Try navigating on the right

It is possible to type but you can't see the cursor, at least on Firefox
Also there is a slight size issue for the bullet when there is no text typed
