Make the default edit button always lead to the same URL

Currently, a potentially expensive logic is used to find the right URL to associate with the default "Edit" button.

It would be better for performances and simpler in general for anyone that want to lead to the default edit URL for a document to always lead to the same URL and check which actual edit mode to use once this generic edit entry point is accessed.
