Visually distinguish local attachments in attachment gallery picker macro

Currently, the gallery displayed by the gallery picker macro displays the local attachments first, but the user has no visual clue how which attachments are local and which are not.

We should integrate a visual clue (to be define) to let user know whether the displayed attachment is local or not.
