Distinguish headings generated from wiki page titles from those found in the wiki page content

When exporting multiple pages to PDF the default behavior, since 14.9RC1, is to include the wiki page titles in the generated PDF, as level 1 headings. Would be nice to distinguish these title headings from the normal content headings. The main reason is because we can have other level 1 headings in the wiki page content.
