Compute the aggregated table of contents as we go instead of keeping the XDOMs in memory

    Description

      When exporting multiple XWiki pages we currently keep a list of XDOMs in memory until all XWiki pages are rendered and only then we compute the aggregated table of contents. This may require a lot of memory, so it would be better to compute the aggregated table of contents as we go.
