A hierarchy of pages is displayed on the same level in the TOC when using Multipage PDF export

I tested on a local 14.9 Jetty, Chrome with PDF Export Application version 14.9.

Create this hierarchy of pages:
Parent page
> Child Page 1
> Child Page 2 > 1 or 2 child pages for Child Page 2
> Child page 3

The result of the PDF export of Parent page + Child Page 1 + Child Page 2 + 2 child pages for Child Page 2 + Child page 3 will not display the hierarchy of these pages, and all of them will be placed on level 1 of the Table of contents.

Below you can see the result of the current exported selection as PDF, and the numbers showing the levels where they are expected to be placed.

Hierarchy expected to be shown in the TOC:

• Parent Page shown on level 1
• Child Page 1, Child Page 2 and Child Page 3 to be shown under Parent Page
• Child Page A and B would be expected to be placed under Child Page 2

Perhaps there can be something in the design done to differentiate between Parent Page and Child Pages. For example full underline for Parent Page, then interrupted underline for Child Page 1, then dotted line for Child page A of Child Page 1 (just an idea to explain about what I'm referring to when I mean to differentiate the Parent versus child pages).
