Some sections of XWiki aren't changed when a user changes from a light to a dark theme, and viceversa, untill a Hard refresh is done

Steps to reproduce:

1. As Admin fo to Administer wiki > Look & Feel > Themes
2. Change Color Theme from Iceberg to a dark theme eg. Cyborg and Save
3. Go the the Admin profile page and observe the changes
4. Hard refresh the page
5. Change the theme back to a light theme eg. Iceberg
6. Access again the profile page
7. Hard refresh the page

Expected results: Once the user changes the theme all the wiki pages change with that selection.

Actual results: Some parts of the wiki remain the same after the theme is changed from light to dark and viceversa. After a hard refresh the page apears with the correct selection.

• Rights and Extension rights
