Wiki markup in the footnotes break the HTML

This breaks the footnote marker/anchor (like [1]).

Because the rendering is sequential, the wiki markup placed in the anchor tooltip is also rendered, thus generating tags inside the title="" attribute.

A proper solution would be to extract the text content from the rendered XML, but that implies a bit of computation, increasing the rendering time. Maybe later. For the moment, removing wiki markup and surrounding with
