Add a bridge to allow current XWiki code to use XWiki components

XWiki Components are managed by Plexus. Current XWiki code needs to get hold of the XWiki Component Manager instance to be able to locate and use components. Thus we need a bridge for this, for example by putting the CM into the Servlet Context.
