xwiki-platform-legacy-office-viewer is missing from the distribution

I created xwiki-platform-legacy-office-viewer as part of the refactoring done in XWIKI-18241 but I apparently forgot to add the dependency in the xwiki-platform-war-legacydependencies. The consequence is that the OfficeViewer interface which is deprecated for a while (since 5.4.6/6.2.2) is not bundled anymore in XWiki standard.
