"Create this release" uses an invalid redirect URL

When clicking the "Create this release" button in the release application, a redirect to the edit action is triggered. This redirect uses a URL containing spaces, which is illegal. While browsers seem to happily accept this wrong URL, this creates problems with the current implementation of XWIKI-20549. While this will (hopefully) be fixed, the release application should still be fixed to use the correct redirect URL.
