AWM should list ALL standard fields types

The risk otherwise is to easily miss perfectly useful ones before AWM has its own way of defined fields types.

Sure, some fields require a special editor but many like the missing email and timezone are just typed versions of StringClass just here to be associated to different displayers.

At the very least, all types without an associated AWM descriptor could be listed in the Advanced or some other special category like "Others".
